I am 5 days post op and I so much pain from my tummy tuck and Lipo  surgery. I had a bad experience with a prior therapist who took my money and left me with bad service and no results. By the grace of God I found Cre Barnes. She did my last 3 sessions and I saw results immediately. They are informative and they coach you through the painful moments. It was worth the cost and I will recommend them to anyone and everyone.

I had the pleasure of experiencing the Reiki service provided by Cre at A to Zen Bodyworks Healing Spa recently. I had no idea what a comprehensive and absolutely delightful experience this would be. From the initial conversation, apparently designed to determine some points of anxiety I was experiencing, right through to the Reiki treatment itself, I felt completely relaxed and able to let her work her magic. I left there feeling refreshed, relaxed and ready for another session!
