Frequently Asked Questions
How long is my approval valid for?
Approvals are valid for 30 days. Once that time period expires, you are welcome to reapply.
Can I increase my approval amount?
If you are eligible for an increase, you may request this through the Cherry Patient Portal. Increased approval amount and decision are subject to eligibility. If you do not see the button to "request an increase," it means you are ineligible for an increase at this time.
Can I pay this off early?
Yes, Cherry does not have any prepayment penalties. If you have interest and pay off early, you’ll even avoid some of that interest.
Does my 0% APR offer expire?
No, if you’re eligible for a 0% APR offer, it doesn’t expire for the current approval. For example: If you were approved for a 6 month term with 0% APR, this promotion is valid until the end of term as long as you stay current with your payments.
How much is my down payment and when is it due?
Once you input your purchase price, you’ll be provided with the options you have for down payment. It is due when the practice confirms they will need the funds in order to move forward with your services. Remember to bring your bank issued debit or credit card* when you are ready for checkout.

*Making payments via Pre-Paid Debit Card or Credit Card will result in a 2.99% processing fee. There is no processing fee for making a down payment with a traditional Debit Card.
How are refunds handled?
To request a refund, please contact Your Business Name directly.

We defer to the refund policies put in place by Your Business Name and cannot initiate a refund without their approval.

Once Your Business Name authorizes a refund we will deposit the refunded amount (full or partial) into your account. Your Cherry account status and loan balance are adjusted accordingly.

If a partial refund is issued, your loan amount will be adjusted to reflect your new remaining balance. If a refund is issued in full, any payments made on your loan will be returned to you.
Does Cherry report to the credit bureaus?
Yes, Cherry may report the status of our borrowers’ accounts to Equifax, one of the major credit bureaus.
Can missing payments on my account with Cherry hurt my credit?
Cherry is required to report all payment history to the credit bureaus. This means we may also report late payments, missed payments, or other deliquencies on your account to the credit bureaus.

Booking Policy 

A NONREFUNDABLE RETAINER fee is required at checkout that will go toward or cover your complete balance for services and products. All products are final sale, but non-perishable can be exchanged if still in packaging.


LATE/RESCHEDULING: All Clients are granted a 10-minute courtesy extension. Your appointment will be canceled after 10 minutes (on the 11th minute)! You can reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment and not forfeit your retainer fee UNLESS you book butt filler, fat dissolve, or lip filler. YOU CAN NOT RESCHEDULE WITH THE SAME RETAINER FEE AS YOUR DEPOSIT ORDERS YOUR FILLER. SO, YOU WOULD HAVE TO REBOOK and again leave the retainer fee. Please be sure to be on time for your appointment. We want to take our time to give you the best results while respecting others' appointment times. All Clients are granted a 10-minute courtesy extension if running late. After 11 minutes, your appointment will be canceled, and your retainer fee/payment is not refunded, but you may reschedule for another date. There is a max of three reschedules due to lateness. After the third late, your payment is a no-call no-show. You cannot book with us again, and your card on file will be charged 100% of the service total! NO CALL, NO SHOW IS CONSIDERED AS LESS THAN 2 HOURS NOTICE. LAST-MINUTE CANCELATIONS (LESS THAN 24 HOURS' NOTICE) WILL CHARGED 50% OF THE SERVICE TOTAL.

  • YOU CAN ONLY RESCHEDULE ONCE PER APPOINTMENT WITH THE SAME retainer fee.
  • FYI: We cannot service anyone pregnant for body contouring services on their menstrual cycle, who has life-threatening conditions, or who has open sores or wounds. An appointment confirmation text will be sent to you 48 & 24 hours before your appointment. You MUST confirm, or your appointment will be canceled.
  • PACKAGE DEALS- schedule your first appointment, and we will schedule your remaining appointments after each session. Payments are due at your first session. You forfeit that appointment if you have a no-call no-show AFTER your balance is paid. After two last-minute cancelations (less than 30 minutes, your remaining sessions are voided), Canceling less than an hour before your appointment VOIDs that session. You must make your sessions for the best results!
  • All retainer fees and payments are final sales. Only exchange for a different service or product will be allowed. You may receive a credit for any purchased services, valid for (365 days) and one year after the purchase date!
